By accessing or using any services provided by LED Stringers ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
LED Stringers operates developer applications on third-party platforms to manage our social media presence:
TikTok API Application (LED Stringers TikTok Integration): This application uses TikTok's Content Posting API and Login Kit to publish content to our own TikTok account. Use of this application is governed by TikTok's Terms of Service in addition to these terms. We do not use Share Kit or collect data from any TikTok users other than our own account.
Instagram API Application (LED Stringers Instagram Integration): This application uses Meta's Instagram Graph API to publish content to our own Instagram account. Use is governed by Meta's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.
LED Stringers provides professional LED production and installation services for events, festivals, and permanent installations. We may also operate social media accounts and digital tools to communicate with clients and promote our services.
LED Stringers operates a content scheduling application ("LED Stringers Social Scheduler") that uses the TikTok and Instagram APIs to publish and manage content on our own business accounts. This application is used exclusively by LED Stringers staff. Use of TikTok and other third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Our use of their APIs is strictly limited to managing our own accounts and does not involve collecting, storing, or processing data from any third-party users.
All content published by LED Stringers — including photos, videos, and written materials — is the property of LED Stringers unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
LED Stringers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
